Alexander C. Conley, Esq.
FOUNDER of Conley law, PLLC
Alexander Conley is the founder and principal of Conley Law, PLLC. Attorney Conley has been practicing criminal law in Massachusetts since becoming licensed, first as an attorney at the the Coughlin Law Group in Boston, and then as a partner at Aprodu | Conley, PLLC, before starting Conley Law, PLLC.
He has represented numerous clients throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in District and Superior Courts. Attorney Conley has also prepared arguments before the the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Attorney Conley is primarily a litigator, and the courtroom skills he developed as a a criminal defense and OUI lawyer have translated into an extensive civil litigation practice.
Attorney Conley is also dedicated to public service, and continues to represent indigent criminal clients in the Private Counsel Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services, in both trial court and appellate matters.
Attorney Conley graduated magna cum laude from New England Law | Boston. At New England Law, Attorney Conley held a number of leadership positions, and was a published editor of the New England Law Review.
During Law School, Attorney Conley worked in Civil Litigation, clerked for a Judge of the Boston Municipal Court, and worked for the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
Attorney Conley now moonlights as an Instructor of Legal Research and Writing at New England Law | Boston.
MELISSA C. TOBIN, ESQ.
ATTORNEY
Melissa Tobin has dedicated her legal career principally to criminal defense advocacy. She primarily represents clients across Massachusetts in cases involving misdemeanor and felony charges, as well as in restraining order matters.
Prior to joining Conley Law, PLLC, Melissa practiced criminal defense at law firms in Boston where she consistently achieved favorable outcomes for her clients.
Melissa earned her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. While studying law at Northeastern, Melissa worked for a Boston Municipal Court Judge, represented clients through the Prisoners’ Rights Clinic, and was a student attorney for the Public Defender Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services.
Melissa is committed to providing skilled, compassionate, and effective representation for individuals throughout Massachusetts. She has a client-centered approach, and she works relentlessly to protect her clients’ rights and obtain successful outcomes.
